Fraccionamiento y desmetalización biocatalítica de asfaltenos de crudo castilla
Resumen
Se fraccionaron asfáltenos obtenidos a partir de crudo Castilla mediante cromatografía de adsorción en silica gel. Estos asfáltenos se caracterizaron parcialmente mediante cromatografía líquida de alta presión (HPLC), espectrofotometría UV-visible y absorción atómica para analizar contenido de Ni y V Se determinaron los contenidos de petroporfirinas y los pesos moleculares promedio de los asfáltenos fraccionados. Los resultados indicaron que el Ni y el V no se distribuyen uniformemente en las fracciones de asfáltenos. En solventes acuosos y orgánicos se evaluó la modificación biocatalítica de las petroporfirinas utilizando la enzima cloroperoxidasa (CPO). Las reacciones enzimáticasse llevaron a cabo en soluciones acuosas tamponadas yen sistemas ternarios de tolueno: isopropanol: agua, utilizando petroporfirinas como sustrato. Las petroporfirinas fueron mucho más solubles en los sistemas ternarios que en los sistemas acuosos tamponados. La cloroperoxidasa fue efectiva en eliminar el pico de Soret de las petroporfirinas en ambos sistemas de reacción. Se determinaron también los efectos de las reacciones llevadas a cabo por CPO sobre la remoción de metales complejados con las petroporfirinas y los asfáltenos. La cloroperoxidasa fue capaz de alterar los componentes de las fracciones pesadas del petróleo y remover los metales pesados Ni y V de las fracciones ricas en petroporfirinas y asfáltenos, en un 57% y 23%, respectivamente.
